End-User Terms
Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Last updated: June 1, 2026
These End-User Terms govern access to and use of the SecondSwype platform by individual users ("you") authorized by a Merchant organization. By logging in, you agree to these terms.
1. Agreement
Your access to SecondSwype is provided through a Merchant account. You must comply with both these End-User Terms and any policies established by your Merchant organization. If there is a conflict, your Merchant's policies take precedence for matters within their control.
2. Service Description
SecondSwype provides a dashboard and API access for monitoring payment recovery performance, reviewing routing decisions, and managing integration settings. The S2 Engine processes transactions automatically — manual intervention in individual routing decisions is not supported.
3. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify your Merchant administrator or SecondSwype immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You may not share credentials or allow others to access the platform using your account.
- Multi-factor authentication is required for all accounts with access to production data.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes related to payment recovery operations.
- Not attempt to access data belonging to other Merchants or circumvent access controls.
- Report any security vulnerabilities discovered to security@secondswype.com rather than exploiting them.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your use of the platform.
5. No Warranty
THE SECONDSWYPE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." SECONDSWYPE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING UPTIME, ACCURACY OF ROUTING DECISIONS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. RECOVERY RATES WILL VARY BASED ON TRANSACTION CHARACTERISTICS, ISSUER BEHAVIOR, AND NETWORK CONDITIONS.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECONDSWYPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL END USER FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SECONDSWYPE'S LIABILITY TO YOU AS AN END USER SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
7. Termination of Access
Your access may be terminated by your Merchant administrator or by SecondSwype if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
8. Contact
For questions about platform access, contact your Merchant administrator. For other inquiries, email hello@secondswype.com.
